i go fishing every week. -  go fishing - не требует никаких предлогов, потому что устойчивые выражения "заниматься чем-то", в сотаве которых отглагольное существительное ( с окончанием ing) 

i go  to  school by   bus. - 1)  существительное school с артиклем не употребляется.

                                        2) у вас ошибка: ехать на автобусе go by bus

 

i go  to the  coffee bar for lunch. - очевидно, вы ходите в определенный кафе-бар, а не в любой, поэтому определенный артикль   the
