После So ставим ПРИЛАГАТЕЛЬНОЕ или НАРЕЧИЕ: so quickly, so quick, so beautiful. После SUCH идет СУЩЕСТВИТЕЛЬНОЕ в единственном или множественном числе: such nice people, such a good time, such a bad boy.

He is such an idiot – Он такой идиот.(Прости за слово) Употребление наречия «so». «So» - «так» - является наречием, и, в отличие от «such», сочетается только с прилагательными или наречиями без существительного.
