Claim.

I'm sorry to trouble you about my recent purchase. The tea-pot received had cracked lid and thus couldn't be used properly. I found it shortly after receiving as I couldn't check its condition in sealed box preliminary. I kindly ask you to replace cracked lid or refund me costs upon return whole set.
