мой край богат своей   -   my region is rich in its history.

много интересных людей родились здесь-художников, писателей,спортсменов. there are many interesting people who were born here/ they are artists, writers, athletes.

о героях войны можно много узнать в городском музее.  you can learn a lot  about our war heroes in the city museum.

о некоторых людях часто пишут местные газеты.  - our local newspapers are written about some interesting people.

о ком из них пишут чаще. -  whom of them do they write more often?

конечно о современных героях. -    of course, they write about our modern heroes.
