i usually eat three or four times a day. i usually have breakfast at 7. i have a coffee with milk and sugar and a sandwitch. i have lunch at 12. i eat soup, meat or fish ans some vegetables. i drink juice or tea. i have dinner late, at 8 or 9 o'clock. i have some vegetable. i drink milk. and before going to bed at 11 or 12 i usually have late dinner - i drink kefir or eat some fruits. i think that a i have a healthy diet. i try not to eat much salt and sugar and fat food. sometimes i eat fastfood, i know it is bad but it is so tasty.
