Традиционная казахская еда включает в себя баранину , говядину и конину а также кисломолочные продукты, которые ассоциируются с кочевым образом жизни. основные блюда казахской кухни следующие - приготовленную баранину и говядину конину(бешбармак), куырдак(жареный) , бараньи внутренности . деликатесы из конины говядины (шужик казы жал жая овечье молоко коровье молоко и продукты. (катык курт иримшик и кобылье молоко-кумыс) появление муки в казахской кухне обновило традиционные блюда -бешбармак который начал подаваться с большим куском раскатонного теста. появились другие блюда такие как куймак каттана ойна - пышные плоские жареные пирожки жаренные в растительном масле. казахская кухня также выделяется своим пловом пилаф приготовленного из риса и баранины. и конечно ни одного праздника не проходит без крепкого и вкусного чая с молоком.
