1. если конкретно перевести ваше предложение, то здесь нельзя использовать present simple, поэтому my sister is dancing now а если "моя сестра танцует", то my sister dances my sister has been dancing since 4 2. i write poems (а вот здесь present simple) i have been writing poems since my childhood 3. my grandma is sleeping right now (опять же, перевожу чисто ваше предложение), если в present simle, то my grandma sleeps my gradma has sleeping since 5 o'clock
