Вмагазине одежды: consultant: hello, sir. may i help you with anything? customer: oh, yes. i am looking for a dress for my daughter. co: okay, what sort of dress are you looking for? cu: something floral and colourful. co: have a look in this section, we've got some new colourful summer dresses here. cu: wow, i like this dress. i think my daughter will love it too. do you have it in different colours though? co: yes, we do actually. we have it in yellow and purple colours as well. cu: perfect, i will take the purple one. co: sure, what size do you need? cu: i think she is either 38 or 40. i will take size 40 though. can i return it or exchange for a different size if it doesn't fit her? co: of course you can, you have 14 days to return it. cu: excellent, how much is it? co: that will be $20 please. cu: here you are. co: thank you for your purchase. i've put the receipt in the bag. cu: thank you for your help, bye-bye. co: have a good day. в продуктовом: customer: excuse me, can you help me? i am looking for some greek yogurt. assistant: sure, let's have a look in the dairy section. customer: i've already looked but couldn't find it anywhere. as: you are right, i can see the price label but no yogurt. we must have run out. give me a few minutes, i will check if we've got any more in stock. cu: okay, i will be waiting here. as: madam, i am sorry but we haven't got any more greek yogurt left. we should have some delivered in a few hours. cu: oh, that's a shame. i will come back later if i don't find it in another shop. thank you for letting me know. as: no problem. have a good day.

giving the ideal speaking is a matter of cofidience in yourself and in what you are going to say. its success lies in your careful preparation. note down your key points but don't try to read the whole thing word . it may give you a sense of security of doing this, but when you start reading it it will sound unnatural. keep il brief. it's no good saying afterwards; "i gave it well but they fell asleep". begin your talk with a few thoghts or phrases, or even a joke. being a beginner you'll show your nervousness in your face as you wonder whether your joke will be successful. be a top-class speaker, not an amateur comedian.
