5. When I get a bad mark, I feel disappointed and frustrated with myself. However, I try not to dwell on it too much and use it as motivation to work harder and improve in the future.

6. When I'm not sleeping well, I feel tired and groggy during the day. It's harder for me to concentrate and stay focused on my tasks.
