I love sport, the type of which is Tennis. I like tennis very much, I often play it with my friends. I have been doing this for a very long time, and I don't regret the time i've spent. I also recommend it to everyone. Tennis helps to keep almost all muscle groups in good shape, develops the respiratory and cardiac systems well, improves the functioning of the circulatory system and the flow of oxygen, but also, importantly, strengthens endurance. Also, Tennis belongs to acyclic sports, which means: dynamism, a sharp change in situations and the need to make decisions just as quickly. This kind of sport is easy.
