I want to tell you about my experience of toxic relationships. At first glance, he was a guy who was quite pleasant to talk to and it was nice to spend time with him. We got along well, we could talk on the phone for hours. But soon something about him started to bother me. For example, if I bought a new thing, instead of praising it, he could rudely comment on my appearance. If we walked with him in the company of his friends, he could not pay attention to me at all and even humiliate me in front of them. He could rudely answer me for no reason and ignore calls, and the next day pretend that nothing had happened. He gave me a lot of such emotional leaps, until one day I gathered the courage and broke up with him. And I concluded that it is better to immediately stop communicating with this type of people than to endure insults and try to change this person and wait for him or her to change for the better.
