1) I've been friends with Mike for quite a long time, about 5-7 years

2) Talking live, because you can see the other person's emotions and himself

My summer was wonderful. i went to the seaside.  there i swam in the sea and lay in the sun. i made a lot of friends too.   у меня было чудесное лето.    я поехала на море. там я плавала в море и загорала.  я также приобрела много друзей.
