thanks for your postcard. it is always great to hear from you.

happy new year! i spend this holiday with fun. all our family got together, even my uncle tom visited us. my mom and me were cooking tasty dishes for whole day. there were roast chicken with baked potato, carrot salad, caesar salad, shrimp cocktail. we also cooked desserts: ice cream, chocolate cake and pudding. then we went to the concert in the center of our city and took part in the family competitions there. we won! it was so exciting and funny!

how did you spend new year? what presents did you get? how is the weather in your place?
