The most meaningful activities in his life revolve around music. when he listens to his stereo or plays his drum set. he leaves this world and enters one of his own where time stands still. he has been a fan of music since he was nine and listened to bands like u2 [cg] and singer bryan adams [cg].besides just listening to music, he has been playing the drums almost every day for five years and has the calluses to prove it! it was his older brothers who taught him almost everything he knows about music, drumming and life in general. they're the real reason he's interested in becoming a musician. his tastes in music have totally changed and matured since he began listening and playing years ago, but the fact remains that without music, his life would not be complete.when he is not listening to music or playing the drums, he plays with my punk band called never again. they have only been together for three months, but they work hard. besides doing the percussion he also writes lyrics. this is always a good way for him to express any bottled-up emotions he has.he can't imagine his world without music. he is not sure what he would do with his time. creating, practicing and writing lyrics for his band has become the focus of his life. he dreams of playing in front of thousands of fans in a sold-out arena where his music and words could be heard by everyone.darren, 16
