Rewrite the following using a wish construction (phrases in brackets should be omitted): 1. It’s a pity he didn’t work harder during the term.
2. She is sorry she couldn’t come to see us.
3. It’s a pity you couldn’t cook when you were fifteen
4. I would like every country to stop killing whales (but I have no real hope of this).
5. It’s a pity I don’t live in the country.
6. I’m sorry I didn’t remember her birthday.
7. I’m sorry time passes so quickly.
8. I woke up late and missed my flight to Rome.
9. My sister always takes my car without asking me.

6. kate doesn`t write letters every day.

7. when does nick get up? (тут я немного запутался, т.к. "every morning" может быть ответом на вопрос поэтому я не стал его вставлять в сам вопрос. хотя может быть спрашивается про время).

8. what is mother doing right now? she is cooking.

9. i am not writing a report now.

10. my sister washes the dishes every morning.

11. when do you go to school?

12. every morning on the way to school i meet my friends.

13. my friend goes to the library every wednesday.

14. what are you doing now?

15. don`t make noise! father is working.
