For the description i chose picture number three. it depicts a man and a woman. maybe they're a couple. this pair sits in a cozy little restaurant . the walls are painted in a nice beige color that does not irritate the eyes. the premises are brown wooden tables and brown leather chairs. the restaurant is not brightly lit lamp. the whole atmosphere is reminiscent of the comfort of home. a man with a woman having a conversation and waiting for your order. i try to follow a proper diet. i eat about three to four times a day. don't eat a lot of fatty and fried foods. do not eat mayonnaise. drink a lot of water and green tea without sugar. try not to eat a lot of sweet and flour. i eat fruits and vegetables. most like carrots , cucumbers, apples, oranges and bananas. also, in addition to proper nutrition i try to do every day.
