your school.

Your letter has to conclude:

- Greeting (Dear Ms/Mr Principal, etc);

- Reason why you write your letter (ask permission);

- When do you plan to organize your sport day (date)?

- What activities will your sport day include? (marathon, sport competition, dance battles, etc)

- Proper ending (Yours faithfully/your sincerely).
