We have a "Health course” at school this year. The motto of this course is “Good
health is above wealth”. We speak about the way of life that could make us healthier. I
thought if I could make my health better with the help of doing all recommendations. You
know, I did not catch a cold in winter! Our teacher told us to take a cold shower every day
and I did it! Now I 'm interested in healthy food and regular exercises. Will it help me with
my headaches? What do you think about such a course? What do you think about keeping
fit?
