Our family has a tradition: we are preparing for an unusual weekend lunch. my mom always is specialized in fish: she bakes it makes minced fish or soup. my dad cooks meats: lamb, pork or chicken. and i with my older sister always bake something sweet: apple pie with apples, pies with cherry jam or pound cake.when the weekend comes to us grandmother, she loves to cook jelly or homemade sausages. i love how she cooks because it natural and delicious.but such an unusual weekend dinners do not always turn out, because my dad every month goes on a business trip for important negotiations and there is sometimes delayed for one to two weeks.
