work in russia not so is simple as it seems.here each person knows the business.people not poor but are also the such.in russia factories, factories and small-scale business work.here few not working people.the salary not small to support a family and still to buy a miscellaneous of money suffices.

1)overweight,-you should eat less.  2)underweight,-you should eat more.  3) lack of concentration,-you should be more attentive.  4) tiredness,-you should rest more.  5)tooth decay,-you shouldn't eat sweets and chocolate.  6) frequent illness,-you should go in for sports.  7)indigestion,-you should eat the right food, eat more vegetables and fruit.8)dry skin.-use some special cream for   dry  skin
