One seemingly simple question of concern to all americans. on state medicine and universal health insurance argue doctors , health workers and pharmacists , heads of state health programs and private plans , political scientists , politicians and journalists . argue about them and ordinary americans - young and old , rich and poor , healthy and not so - arguing at home and at work. many believe that the lack of universal health insurance - a disgrace to the most powerful country in the world and therefore need medicine quickly and fully translated into public rails. others, however , consider such a transfer dangerous and insist on a gradual privatization of existing public health programs such as medicaid , medicare , child health plus and others.    не полное сочинение но можешь отсюда кое что взять
