many people jog, walk or cycle in their free time/ physical exercises help you keep fit, have a good gait and figure. they also help you lose weight and work out energy. it is believed that professional sport keeps people fit and healthy. sportsmen have gook figures and strong muscles. they are usually attractive. they develop positive traits of character and learn how to work hard, to be strong, patient, well-organized and disciplined. but few piople remember about disadvantages of hoing in for sports. sport takes much time, people do not like to lose. when they lose, they feel uneasy and unhappy. the third disadvantage which i should mention is risk. going in for sports can cause many injuries.


The relation to computer games at parents and teachers ambiguously. playing at the computer, the teenager can spend too much time instead of reading books, to do homework and find time for walks in the open air. the computer forces out other necessary things from his life. the long prosizhivaniye can cause irritation, overfatigue, or on the contrary slackness in the teenager. i consider that the child has to find at teenage age more time for physical activities to go on additional classes (on dances, fight, singing). if at the computer to sit long playing games there can be a dependence and as a result some teenagers even forget about requirement to food. they sit at game plunging completely into the unreal world. they live there. study there, learn something, but it something in life isn't useful to them, but the party another is if to limit use of the computer on time and to use games developing, it will be even plus, we will develop thinking. the computer has to be in life of the teenager at least and on business.
