I'm agree with the test result, because i suppose, our body really change. in the end of our life body will look different. the easiest way to be in fit it is to do some sport. sport helps you to be healthy. to look good is very important for everyone. fast food is not a healthy food we have to try eat something useful. to my mind fruits and fish is a healthy food. but whatever we eat and whatever we do it won't change us in the end of life. it will help us to live long and good life, but wouldn't do our body young forever well, i'm agree with a results.
