Здесь как (разве) должно выступать isn’t, т.к. в этих смыслах оно должно отрицать суждению. Например:

He ISN’T interested in our home, IS he?

Высказывание должно отрицать. А будет там стоять (do/does?) или (am/is/are?) можно посмотреть по тому же высказыванию:

He DOESN’T like video games, DOES he?
