напишете первую бессмысленную строчку. а потом продолжаете стихотворение, добавляя к ней всё, что приходит в голову.

"в саду цветёт пушистый пень"

цветёт сегодня целый день

ему цвести никак не лень

его постигла дребедень

и т.д.

стараетесь выдержать одну и ту же рифму и размер как можно дольше. не пытайтесь угнаться за смыслом - это всего лишь . оно развивает словарную гибкость, чувство рифмы и размера.
