My work week runs from monday to saturday. sunday - my day off. i'm trying to sense spend their free time, i plan your day so as not to lose a minute. on this day, i wake up not so early and sometimes sleep up to 9 hours, because sleep is very important for the nervous system. then i do my morning exercises. if the weather is good, then a quarter of an hour jog in the park. without sports, i can not imagine my life. after the morning exercises, i bring the room in order and take a shower. at 10 o'clock we have breakfast with the family. during breakfast, i check the morning papers or listen to the radio news. after breakfast, i help my mother with the housework or go shopping.
