If I knew all the details of this work before, I would never hire. – Якщо б я знав(ла) всі деталі цієї роботи раніше, я б ніколи на неї не найнявся(сь).

С present simple, мы знаем, что в третьем лице добавляется окончание -s, -es или же -ies.

Слово "to have" в третьем лице, (he) меняется с окончанием -s , и получается "has".

А в present perfect, мы пишем так;

Первое лицо:

I have finished the workout.

We have finished the workout.

You have finished the workout.

They have finished the workout.

Третье лицо:

She has finished the workout.

He has finished the workout.

It has finished the workout.

Так же, глагол в present perfect, мы ставим в время.
