i am writing to complain about  the accommodation that your company provides. according to your website  the apartment are all modern and in good condition.   in fact,  the apartment i stayed in was built in 1970s, and needed work doing to it. the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were broken and dirty. and the washing machine was not working. i was also very disappointed  to find that the apartment was a long way from the beach, and not ‘within 10 minutes’ walk’ as specified in the brochure. i had to move to another apartment, which took me time and cost me money. i paid over 300 euros as a deposit on your flat and now  i expect to receive a full refund. in addition to this  i want you to change the information on your website and in your brochures.  i look forward to receiving a satisfactory reply.
