It's better to be rich and healthy. I think it's easier to get rich.
Lost money can be restored, but lost health can not be returned.There are many good reasons to stay active: your health
will improve, you will have more energy, you will feel more relaxed and
less stressed! These are obvious reasons for a healthy lifestyle.
People who understand this take care of their health.
"If you don't smoke, you may not live longer, but your life will
be healthier," my grandfather often says. He smoked for many
years, but gave up smoking about 20 years ago. Bad habits destroy your health.
Drugs, smoking, alcohol, overeating, sedentary lifestyle-the main
enemies of health. To be healthy, you must exercise, follow a healthy daily routine, and never take drugs, alcohol, or smoke.
When I say diet, I mean you can eat what you want, but
remember how much and when. As for sports, I think professional
sports can be harmful too, but if you play sports games for fun, it
only benefits you.
I can say that my lifestyle is healthy. I do sports. My sport is
swimming, I train three times a week and take part in competitions. My
friends also play sports. They play volleyball, basketball, and tennis.
My friends and I don't have bad habits, but sometimes we have one
extra cake or some Coca-Cola or chips. No one can be perfect.
