I love music very much. I have always dreamed
of becoming a good. My parents wanted
me to study piano, but I preferred guitar to
piano. They had to agree with my choice. I
finished the school and now work at the
local pub playing in a band. There are five
people in our band and all are from the areal
live in. Every evening we play for the pub guests.
I enjoy my job and can say that my dream has
come true.​

Last summer, they listened to music and played football."прошлым летом.." - значит, это прошедшее время.время past indefinite используется для описания совершенного действия, которое произошло в определенное время в прошлом. для обозначения времени, когда произошло событие, обычно используются такие слова, как yesterday, last week, last year, many years ago и т.дво времени past indefinite  к правильным глаголам прибавляется окончание -ed.
