1) yes, i do. 2) yes, it is. 3) this is  woman that  hired to help children cross a road safely near a school. 4)  most "patrols'' were women and were called "lollipop ladies" 5)  lollipop ladies standing at pedestrian crossings to wait for children to come up.  6)  many other towns in britain, small and large, also still have "lollipop ladies" in their streets.
