Iknow modern russian proverb: "one good deed is more valuable than a hundred sermons." i totally agree with her. little teach goodness and to "lecture" others. still need to do really useful things. and that's not all people are able. for example, many people sympathize with stray animals. they love to look online tearful pictures with their images. but few people regularly feeding these animals. even fewer people takes them home with treats or arrange for the shelter. sometimes good and kind words in themselves are useful. for example, your friend is upset about something. and you cheer him, give useful advice, just cheering. in the end, he is distracted from the bad, his mood improves. no wonder they say: "a kind word and a nice cat". but still the word has the same weight as a business. behind a beautiful word is not always a real good thing. in general, i believe that kindness is first and foremost a business. now a good thing is always disinterested. it is being made "at the behest of the heart." true goodness can be manifested in small actions. for example, to cook dinner tired mom, to protect the weak. or plant flowers in the garden in the noisy dusty city. kindness really starts small. although over time people will be able to create great things. like mother teresa, for example, which has helped millions of poor people. kindness brings joy not only to others but to the person. good life can be miserable. on this subject the people have another saying: "evil to him who makes no good to anyone".
