Harris said that when the sun 4- shone) the river (5- wouldturn) everything into a golden dream. But at the moment the river (6-looked) grey. It (7-had been raining) for several HOURS when we (8-stoped) for the night. We (9-had) a good hot supper. A game of cards (10-was played) after it.
