I guess she is (характер)

4 whether you like the picture or not
I like the picture because the atmosphere is peaceful. It makes me think of summer.​

present simple tense в reposting speech заменяется на past simple

пример: "i want to go to bed early," she said > she said she wanted to go to bed early

past simple tense в reposting speech заменяется на past perfect

пример: "he lost his money," she said > she said that he had lost his money
