every day i get up at six o’clock and go to the bathroom. after that i go to the kitchen to have breakfast. my breakfast consists of an apple or a few tangerines. instead of tea or coffee, i drink water -- it sets me up for the day. after breakfast i go to my room to do my morning exercises. the exercises i do in my room take from 10 to 15 minutes, but they are not over yet. i go out for a walk or run to the shop to buy milk, milk makes the bones stronger. after the walk i do various things. for dinner i have either porridge or pizza, as the mood takes me. after dinner i go to a dancing class, i spend there most of my time. in the evening i have a fat-free meal, which allows me to avoid gaining weight. i drink no fewer than seven glasses of water a day to avoid dehydration. that is the way i keep fit.
