My parents tell me day and night that i should keep my room tidy. мои родители днём и ночью твердят мне, что я должен держать комнату аккуратной (или в порядке, это даже лучше звучит) tidy чаще употребляется в значении прилагательного или же наречия. а если брать глагол, то чаще можно увидеть сочетание clean my room, нежели со словом tidy.
