Уважаемый Президент Российской Федерации вопрос о проблеме бездомных животных!Меня, как члена общества защиты бездомных животных остро волнует проблема негативного отношения населения нашей-Вашей страны к стерилизации домашних животных.

Отсюда и вытекает «клинические» последствия: растущая армия бездомных собак и кошек, особенно в небольших городах.

Совершенно очевидно, что действующие законы или полумеры не работают. Отстрел / отлов животных просто высвобождает на улице места другим бездомным.

Ситуацию может изменить только качественная пропаганда. Такая, чтобы любая собирающаяся плодить кошку / собаку «для здоровья» вспомнила, каково было для ее здоровья рожать.

Если сегодня стерилизовать всех животных, не годных в разведение (таких 99 %), то через 5 лет пропадут затраты на приюты, исчезнут бездомные стаи, догхантеры станут обычными живодерами, травящими хозяйских собак.
