Ithink the most  significant  criterion is posibility to call and to  receive calls.for me important is important  volume of memory card,because i watch a lot of films with help of my mobilephone. also is important is posible  duration of  sleeping mode.now wifi is  considerable function .  either internet independent of wifiи я чё-то больше не могу придуматьу меня нет критериев больше
