Numerical control is the automatic control of the machine using a computer and a processing program. Previously, the machine was controlled mechanically. CNC machines are similar to universal machines.In the CNC rack, the part processing is programmed in the programming language. Todaypopular is programming in G-and M-codes.
Consider the process of training students who is trained in the profession of "CNC lathe Operator". The College uses ICT technologies in laboratory and practical classes – this is a simulator of SinuTrain 4.5.in this application, students learn to write programs using both G - and M-codes.
This simulator facilitates the process of training future turners. The teacher projects an image from his laptop onto the blackboard from the projector, where he shows the process of writing a program in the SinuTrain 4.5 simulator. Students also sit at their laptops in this simulator. They repeat the writing of the program for the teacher. And later, having mastered the G-and M-codes, they program themselves.
One of the main advantages of using these ICT technologies is that the simulator can simulate the process of processing a part according to a program written by a student, where he can see what part he eventually got.
