The bright boy. (умный мальчик)1 once a little boy entered a shop and asked the shopman how much he would have to pay for ten pounds of sugar, two pounds of coffee and three pounds of butter.2 the shopman took a piece of paper and a pencil, wrote something down and answered that it would be four dollars and sixty cents.3 then the boy wanted to know how much change    the shopman would give him if he gave him five dollars. 4 the  shopman  replied that he  would give the boy forty cents. 5 the boy thanked the shopman and added that he didn't want to buy anything and he said it  was his homework for the following day, but he couldn't do it himself. хитрый школьник.
