Ways to be healthier

A In the end, don’t forget our health is very important. When we do not feel well we realize this, so you must look after yourself and keep fit!

B Life today is very difficult. If you go to school, you have the stress of exams and getting good grades. If you go to work, you have the stress of too much work, unpleasant colleagues or very long hours. Because of our way of life today, many people complain of feeling unwell. They feel tired all the time or they have headaches or backache.

C Moreover, you should get a checkup every year. How often does your doctor just give you a prescription and send you away, or does he really listen to you and try to understand what is wrong?

D First of all, you should try to take regular exercise – go swimming or jogging at least three times a week. You should have a balanced diet – eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and cut down on sugar and processed foods. Finally, you should try to sleep between seven and eight hours a night and you should have a relaxing bath before going to bed.

E Therefore what are the ways to be healthier? There are many ways you can follow to help yourself feel better if you feel stressed or not very well.​
