Art enriches our lives. while one of the types of literature meets us in the very beginning of life and remains forever. the book, like caring parents, nurtures and teaches us. reading childhood stories, we learn to distinguish good from evil, truth from falsehood, virtue from meanness.literature teaches us to feel, to understand, to empathize. because each book makes us think about what i wanted to convey the author on his work. kind of thought he put into his creation? getting to know new characters, to understand their feelings and thoughts, my begin to better understand the people around us, and most importantly in yourself. no wonder, many of the great figures of culture and science in moments of excitement touched fiction. they have found peace and satisfaction. books can help, to find the right path in life, searching for which often we are confused.but this is not all the dignity of literature. thanks to her we learned many necessary and useful information. so, for example, about the campaign of prince igor was saved with very little sources, and literary work "the word about igor's regiment" has shed light on many unknown facts.describing the life and manners of his age, the writer helps us to draw a picture of time.the book is even able to affect the real life of the reader. for example, after reading the story sholokhov "the destiny of man", many people whose life was similar to the fate of the hero of this piece, took heart and found the strength to move on.i think this is the great power of art literature.
