1.lots of people try to keep fit because being fit also means to be healthy.others keep fit to be in fashion and to wear the colthes he want.fat people have always been less  confident comparing with fit people. 2.i keep fit because i know what it is very difficult to lose in weight and also  to feel confident.it is sad that being fit is a sign of healthy lifestyle. 3.with my friends there are are popular that kinds of sports which are accesible as running,tennis,football,volley.i enjoy each o them.
