You can't, and the world doesn't have it.

this is the main point of my answer.

Given that after the Holocaust, we had the Mao cultural revolution, Pol Pot, Rwanda, the North Korean famine, the Yugoslav wars, etc. all of them killed millions of people.

I also think that the idea of mechanizing murder, as we saw with Nazi Germany, could happen again. It only needs a huge amount of hate, a gullible population, and a finger to point. People will do terrible things when they believe that what they are doing is fair.
