I wonder if there are people who don't have bad habits? I don't think there are any. Still, at least one bad habit will be found. But there are a lot of people with useful habits. I have good habits, too. I try to exercise every morning to be healthy.Every morning I read books and take a contrast shower. Once a week, my parents and I go out to nature to relax and have a good time.In the winter, my dad and I go to the ice hole to harden up. But I also have bad habits. I like to watch TV when it's time to go to bed. Sometimes I'm lazy and don't wash dishes. I am against bad habits! You need to add to the list of useful habits and be healthy! I want to have only useful habits!

Тут у меня как я провела лето how i spent my summer vacation.

my summer vacations this year were interesting and memorable. every day was filled with events.

in june, together with classmates, we went to a camp. i liked the camp very much. we played sports games, competed in various sports, took part in various competitions. in the evenings, we went to the disco. i enjoyed discos as i like music and dancing. i made a lot of new friends and got to know my classmates better than at school.

then july i usually spend in the countryside with my grandparents. i have a lot of friends there as well. we often go to the lake for swimming or sunbathing. it’s always active time and we have a lot of things to do together.

in august i stayed at home and my parents were at work. but i was glad because at last i had time for myself. i read books, listened to music, watched films and visited my friend. i spend most days outdoors and got a nice sun tan.

my summer holidays fly surprisingly fast. now the school year has just begun, but i'm already waiting for new vacations, new impressions and new friends.

мои летние каникулы пролетели на удивление быстро. учебный год только начался, но я уже жду новых каникул, новых впечатлений и новых друзей.
