1. actually, it's not important how many children you have brought up. 2. they have cut out a lot of people over two last years. 3. you have to get all information down otherwise you can miss something important. 4. we wanted to help poor people that's why we gave warm clothes away. 5. after checking our documents, police officers let us off with a warning. 6. if you don't know the exact meaning of a word, the best thing is to look it up in a reference book. 7. i spent a lot of time on this task but i didn't make it out. 8. while he was working for an acccounting company, he picked up a lot. 9. my dog was seriously ill and it wasn't possible to help it so we had to put it down. 10. never put off till tomorrow what can be done today.
