mike: excuse me, i don't think we've met   before. i'm mike   crawford from london.  duncan: i am mike. i am from edinburgh.  mike: edinburgh? i've never been to scotland, but i'd love to go there some day. is  edinburgh bigger than  london?   duncan: .oh. no.london is the largest city in the uk, edinburgh is only the 7th. there are two districts there - new town and old town.  mike: if everything you say is true it must be great place to live! when i'm in  edinburgh, what should i see first?   duncan: edinburg castle and different museums, galaries and churches.  mike: that will take me several days, i'm sure. and what's the best place to buy souvenirs?   duncan: on princes streer  mike: princes street. i must remember that. when is the best time to come to  edinburgh?   duncan: you want to see the military tatoo come on augest.  mike: the military tatoo? what is it? what a strange name!   duncan: military drum performance  mike: thank you. i'll talk to dad and ask him if we can go to  scotland instead of spain next auguat.
