last week, when i went to the gym,i met women and men there, mostly men with great body shape.this hall was large and there were so many training units.i was very excited and started with a big rod.their weight was 30 kilograms.but one person told me that this is a very big load for me.i took his advice and took a rod weighing 10 kg. it was a very good day, but after this training day i got sick hands from sharp load of muscle.
