My family and I are doing my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is nothing difficult in this, and adhering to a healthy lifestyle, you get a comprehensively developed, psychologically and physically healthy body.

It is very important to play sports. Do morning exercises, maybe even run, attend some kind of sports section. It helps to be awake, and also my body gets used to physical activity from childhood, which will have a good effect on my health in the future.

It is also necessary to observe the daily routine. If you do not observe it, you will go to bed late and not get enough sleep, accordingly you will become unassembled, you will be a lot of nervous. If you observe everything, your body gets used to the regime, you manage to do everything, become more calm and punctual. In today's world, these qualities are very much appreciated.

Я и моя семья всячески стараются поддерживать здоровый образ жизни. Ничего тяжелого в этом нету, а придерживаясь здорового образа жизни, ты получаешь всесторонне развитое, психологически и физически здоровое тело.

Очень важно заниматься спортом. Делать по утрам зарядку, возможно даже бегать, посещать какую-нибудь спортивную секцию. Это быть бодрым, а также мой организм привыкает к физическим нагрузкам с детства, что хорошо отразится на моем здоровье в будущем.

Также необходимо соблюдать режим дня. Если ты не будешь его соблюдать, ты будешь поздно ложиться спать и не высыпаться, соответственно станешь несобранным, будешь много нервничать. Если же ты все соблюдаешь, твой организм привыкает к режиму, ты все успеваешь, становишься более спокойным и пунктуальным. В современном мире эти качества очень ценятся.

Idon't think i will do a lot on my holidays. i think i will have a rest on miami beach.. i'd like to have sunbaths,but i also should not to forget about my bussiness plans for the next year. i hope i will done all my plans till the end of holidays. . i can't wait to fave fun there because i really adore this apportunity of being a bit free. from russia with love,
