The goverenment consists of three braches :legislative,execution and judical. Each of them is checked and balanced by the President. The legislative power is vested in the Federal Assemble. It consits of the Federation Council (upper house) and State Duma (lower house). The members of the State Duma are elected . It is formed of the heads of the regions . each Chamber is headed by the Chairman . Legislature is initiated in the Statu Duma , but to become a law a bill must be approved by the lower and upper houses and signed by the President . The executive power belongs to the Government. The judical branch is represented by the Constitutional Court , the Supreme Court and regional courts.

Statue of liberty - the best-known sculpture of the usa, a symbol of new york and the usa. the statue was presented by france by century of the american revolution and transported in the usa in 1885 and built in 1886. it is on freedom island near manhattan. height from the earth to a torch tip — 93 m, including the basis and a pedestal. height of the statue, from pedestal top to a torch — 46 m. the statue was constructed of the thin sheets of copper established on a steel framework. visitors can rise by statue top, the beautiful look from where opens.
